French Kande - Brass/Black Jasper Necklace with Pennant Drop

This necklace starts off with double rolled brass rolo chain. Two thirds the way down, a faceted rutilated quartz bead connects a row of black jasper to each side.  Hanging from the necklace is a faceted black jasper with a brass pennant. The pennant has a fleur de lis with FK underneath it.
